Train2Gain
train2gain is a major new initiative designed to
help businesses see for themselves the positive impact of skills training. As an
approved provider Inspired Training provides quality assured training to help to
develop your employees at work in nationally recognised qualifications (NVQs) up
to level 2 and is approved by the learning and Skills council to deliver funded
training through the train2gain scheme
Who is eligible?
All employees who do not already hold a Level 2 qualification. In addition, organisations with less than 50 employees may be
entitled to wage reimbursement whilst the employee is training.
Training can be scheduled and delivered at a time and location to suit the needs
of your business.
You can sign up as many of your employees as you like for training in basic
literacy, numeracy, English for speakers of other languages, or vocational
skills directly related to your employees' role.
- What level of qualification can be achieved?
Your employees will obtain
nationally recognised qualifications/accreditation up to NVQ Level 2 or
equivalent.
Training will normally be
organised at your workplace, at a time to suit you and your employees.
train2gain will
measure what impact any training has on improving your business performance. The
Learning and Skills Council will collect data to decide whether to extend the
initiative - we will make it easy to do the paperwork needed.
