Course Outline
This NVQ is for anyone planning to set up in business or manage a self-contained business unit within a larger organisation. Candidates are assessed by proving their ability to perform effectively in the business start-up phase. The structure of this qualification allows candidates to tailor the programme to meet their individual business needs.

Progression Opportunities
The course is designed to aid in the start up of new businesses. During the completion of the course training needs will normally have been identified specific to the needs of the candidate.

Duration
 The course normally lasts around 16 weeks but can be completed at the candidates own pace.
