Accredited National Vocational Training - NVQ's - Business and Administration

Inspired Training is accredited by the major UK lead bodies in Vocational Training to provide employers and individuals standardised, high-quality learning and support for achievement of the National Vocational Training programme. Designed to support a range of delivery models, including face-to-face, distance or blended learning the courses involve both employer and candidate throughout the process and are structured to provide real results in the work place by focussing on the needs of the host company and their clients.

Course Content

The course contains 6 units, four mandatory and 2 optional:

  • Unit A1: Manage your own resources 
  • Unit B5: Provide leadership for your team 
  • Unit D1: Develop productive working relationships with colleagues 
  • Unit E5: Ensure your own action reduce risks to health and safety

Optional : Choose two from the following:

  • Unit C1: Encourage innovation in your team 
  • Unit D5: Allocate and check work in your team 
  • Unit D7: Provide learning opportunities for colleagues
  • Unit F5: Resolve customer service problems 
  • Unit F7: Support customer service improvements

Progression Opportunities
On completion of this programme learners may be able to progress on to NVQ Level 3 .

Duration
The course normally lasts around 16 weeks but can be completed at the candidates own pace.

Dates & Venues
