bullet Trevor Jessup Quality Assurance Director 

Trevor is Quality Assurance Director at Inspired Training. He is also Managing Director of A&T Training a specialist security training company in the North East and member of the of the Inspired Training partnership group. He has extensive experience of Local Authority, FE & Security markets gained from more than 10 years working in a range of security, cross center management and business development roles at senior levels, including Director and Consultant. 

He has joined the Inspired Training Group as an Executive Director bringing with him his extensive knowledge of funding and audit compliance for  learning provision.  His appointment strengthens further the knowledge base of Vocational training within the the Inspired Training Company group providing the Inspired Training Company with particular experitise in the funded training and security markets. 

Previous projects Trevor has been a key member of have included the development of new curriculum standards for the security industry and community wardens working with Cleveden & Lancashire Police forces, the Association of Chief Police Officers and the Security Industry Authority (SIA) aswell as Local authorites and lead bides such as Edexcel & City & Guilds.



bullet Mark Bailey Development Director - Partner Engagement

Mark is Development Director of Inspired Training with particular emphasis on Partner Engagement, he also acts as Lead Project Manager on large Employer Training Pilots. He has extensive project and change management experience gained within a range of SME and Blue Chip PLC's including Shell, BASF, Norwich Union & Rank Leisure. 

With over 27 years of business experience Mark began his career in the Manufacturing sector before graduating in International Business Management while managing the special products division of Shell Dansk. In 1995 he became involved with the "roll out" of the pilot programmes for the then new vocational training initiative "NVQ's" working with FE providers to successfully integrate them into the mind set of UK industry. He then became involved in a number of successful start up companies across a broad range of service industries holding senior appointments therein.



bullet Anne Baker Solicitor

Anne is a practicing Solicitor with her own London practice. Anne has joined forces with Inspired Training with the aim of developing and supporting our customers HR and Employment functions. Helping them through the ever increasing bureaucracy, and keeping them one step ahead of the law. A qualified trainer, she will also be offering direct training to a select number of our clients in the Security Industry.



bullet Elaine Francis Project Manager- Lead Assessor

Elaine is Project Manager and Lead Assessor with Inspired Training. She supports a number of different projects in the North East with particular emphasis in the Health & Social Care sectors. Elaine joined the company in November 2006 as the lead member of the Verification and Assessment team. She has 12 years FE experience and has been involved in implementing and co-ordinating Health and Social Care Programmes, and assisting employers in the care sector to meet their workforce development targets. 



bullet Stuart Slightholme Business Development Manager

Stuart is the Business Development Manager for ATl- Inspire's North East customers. He has an impressive record of achievement within commercial training with particular expertise in the customer service and volume call handling sector. For over four years he developed and managed the "in-house" training programme for  a large Blue Chip financial institution. Stuart is based in the West Midlands.



bullet Alan Roberts Business Development Manager

Alan is the Business Development Manager for the Inspired Training Company Inspire's South East customers. Coming from a successful career in B2B sales he is able to offer a success oriented outlook on developing training programmes to meet the business objectives, achieving a measurable ROI for client training budgets.



bullet Alistair Jenkins Close Protection Trainer
 

Alistair is a Close Protection Trainer working with employers across the UK. Having began his career with the Armed Forces where he served for more than 13 years he has been able to build upon the close protection and security skills gained to develop a unique and innovative personal development and protection programme for commercial organisations including television and film companies both in the UK & The USA.

On joining Inspired Training Alistair was tasked with developing this programme to meet the increasingly complex needs of senior executives and security professionals for enhanced levels of protection.



bullet Angela Andrews Lead Trainer

Angela is the Lead Trainer for Inspired Training Social Care division working with employers & FE colleges in the North East to deliver inspired training through a mixture of direct, blended and e-learning channels. With experience in a variety of care settings including hospitals, learning disabilities, mental health and general care, Angela has an in-depth understanding of the healthcare industry and the needs of clients and candidates for effective personal development and training programmes that add value to the bottom line and also meet the increasingly complex requirements of the Skills for Care standards.. 



bullet Dave Nelson Lead Trainer

Dave is a Lead Trainer for Inspired Training Security division. Based in the South East Dave specailises in the development and delivery of vocational training programmes for candidates and employers in the Securty sector. His experience includes Static & Mobile Security Guarding, CCTV Control Rooms and Vehicle Immobilisation. 

He served for more than seven years with the Armed Forces before joining the Security Industry where he gained a further seven years experience progressing on to become the Trainer for one of  UK's largest and most succesfull local authority security functions.



bullet Steve Palzieard Lead Trainer

Steve is a Lead Trainer for Inspired Training Hospitality & Catering Division working with employers & FE Colleges in the South East and Central areas. Before joining  Inspired Training he worked for a private training company for four years as a Vocational Assessor specialising in Customer Service and food hygiene training. Steve is a trained Chef with over 10 years in front line Hospitality roles. He is based in West Sussex.

Adrian is a Business Coach with Inspired Training. He has more than 17 years experience of developing Teams and inspiring personal development in success orientated environments.  Adrian is based in the West Country



bullet Catherine Thomas Finance Manager-Internal Verrifier

Catherine is the Finance Manager for the Inspired Training group. She has over 15 years experience of outsourcing & managing change in successful Blue Chip financial companies . She joined Inspired Training from Barclays Sales Financing where her most recent role was as Service Manager in the project team responsible for the implementation and operational success of the outsourcing of Barclays call centers to India.  

Her previous roles have required significant operational involvement also and include responsibility for the design and implementation of the Barclays "in-house" training function. Prior to joining Barclays Catherine worked for a number of other Blue Chip financial institutions as well as several smaller SME's and new start businesses.  

She is a Graduate in International Business Management with Finance and also a qualified Vocational Trainer fullfilling the lead Assessor role for Inspired Training's Business Administration and Finance programmes..



bullet Liz Davis Office Administrator

Liz is the Office Administrator at the Inspired Training South East office. She is currently studying toward her Certificate in Marketing with the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
