Food Safety
Level 2

This qualification is ideal for learners who wish to either progress to further qualifications in the food retail sector, or gain employment in any industry dealing with food preparation. It is also suitable for those who are already employed in one of the many industries which require retail food preparation skills, and who wish to gain a nationally recognised qualification.

  • Handling, cooking and serving food to customers

Duration
The course is structured over  15 week programme that is delivered by a qualified facilitator in the workplace. Where appropriate it can be completed in a much shorter period.

Dates & Venues
You can join a scheduled course with the Inspired Training Company at a location and time that best suits your needs. Larger groups or companies may wish to host their own course at their premises or another venue at time and location more suitable to their particular needs.
