Introduction to
Basic Food Hygiene
Foundation

This course is offered as a short course. This course gives learners a basic awareness of good hygiene and safety issues. At the end of the course candidates should understand the general principles of hazard control and the risks that can occur.

 The course lasts approximately four hours.

 You can join a scheduled course with Inspired Training at a location and time that best suits your needs. Larger groups or companies may wish to host their own course at their premises or another venue at time and location more suitable to their particular needs.
