Introduction to Fire Safety at Work


We provide you and your staff with the latest information regarding fire safety in the workplace. Our training packages comply with current fire legislation and the new Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. In addition to this it meets the standards set by the amended 1999 Management of Health & Safety regulation. A certificated course, for all employees, where they receive expert tuition on how to reduce fires in the workplace and what their actions would be if a fire were to occur. This course complies with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and Health & Safety legislation.


Outcomes
At the end of the course, learners will be able to: 

  • A greater awareness of the dangers of fire and smoke

  • Awareness of all fire safety measures in the workplace

  • An understanding of their actions in the event of fireConfidence in identifying and operating fire fighting equipment

  • Awareness of potential fire hazards in the workplace

Duration
 The course lasts approximately four hours.

Dates & Venues
 You can join a scheduled course with Inspired Training at a location and time that best suits your needs. Larger groups or companies may wish to host their own course at their premises or another venue at time and location more suitable to their particular needs.
