Teaching, Training and Teaching Assistants
Deciding if what you want to achieve requires a teaching qualification like PTTLS, a vocational qualification like the level 2 Teaching Assistant or a train the trainer qualification is determined by the role that is performed and the activity that is undertaken.

Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships can help deliver key workforce development goals for employers and allow learners to gain real workplace experience while at the same time gaining a nationally recognised qualification. They include a Competence Based Qualification (including NVQs for security and events), Technical Certificate, Key Skills or Functional Skills and coverage of Employment Rights and Responsibilities with an emphasis on security and safety.
